Have you ever imagined yourself sailing on a boat full of stories and safety to give you a unique experience? So come meet our Venture boat!
With a length of 11 meters and a breadth of 4.50 meters, it is a monohull that offers space without compromising stability and safety.
When you enter Venture, you will immediately feel a sense of protection and stability. This lifeboat was built at the Harding-Schat shipyard in Rosendal Norway to the highest safety standards and the most demanding shipbuilding standards, and is even built with resin and fire-retardant fiber.
It has an extremely reliable Sabb-Mitsubishi engine with one more cylinder (making 4) than is usual in lifeboats, with 80hp and easy to repair, consumes any type of fuel, and has the peripheral systems in duplicate (alternator, starter, and more) ensuring safety and reliability.
In addition, our Venture is unsinkable, has a double hull filled with fire-retardant polyurethane, as well as all the resins and fibers used in the construction.
Your safety is enhanced with current rescue facilities such as emergency VHF radio, hand flares with parachute, 50 adult 150N and 6 child 150N SOLAS-compliant life jackets, buoys, several fire extinguishers, and on-board pharmacy.
The Venture has a long history, serving aboard the British warship HMS-ARGUS, bearing at the time as the denomination ARGUS 1, and participating in combat actions such as the Falkland Islands war between the UK and Argentina in the dispute for control of these islands in the South Atlantic.
Sold to the Netherlands in 2015, he worked on the canals of Amsterdam carrying tourists and participating in various local events and festivals, becoming the poster boy for the “Gay Parade” in Utrecht in 2019.

The Venture is a sturdy, stable boat with a cruising speed of about 5 knots.
With capacity to stop and disembark passengers either on our beautiful beaches as well as on the piers and pontoons available in the Ria Formosa or even for a few dives directly from the boat into the water. It has a safe access ladder for all ages.
We have a solarium with good capacity at the bow (front) of the boat, and a generous shade area at the back (back) of the boat for protection from the sun. With a regular sized bathroom and fresh running water. There is also a changing room and storage for clients’ belongings and clothing.
When you sail the Venture, you will be sailing a ship that has saved lives and fought in wars, but has now been refitted to give you an unforgettable and story-filled experience.
